At this time we do not offer gift wrapping, however, if you'd like your purchase shipped directly as a gift please let us know. We will make sure to use a brand new recycled cardboard box with recycled kraft paper and single face corrugated cardboard to cushion the pottery. Each package contains a business card. If you'd like a gift card enclosure just let us know and we'll be happy to include a little note card for you.

I require a $150 opening order ($300 retail at 50% off) to ensure you have a successful launch of the product line and charge a 10% packing fee to cover the costs of safely shipping ceramic wares. There is no minimum order for re-orders.

Once an order has left my care and is delivered to the postal service, its care and and transit time are out of my control. It is an unfortunate but growing trend for packages to be stolen from front porches and doorsteps. Please ensure that the shipping address is safe for packages to be delivered during business hours. Extra insurance is placed on each order, so if your package has been marked Delivered but is nowhere to be found, please first check with your local post office to rule out a lost package or one that is being held at the post office. Once this step has been taken and no resolution was made, please contact me via Etsy Messages. Thank you for your understanding.

On occasion I will have time available to work on custom or personalized orders. If you're interested in a piece of my sgraffito carved pottery that is personalized for you, please feel free to message me here on Etsy. If I am able to accommodate the work in my schedule I will be happy to do so.

Please keep in mind that any custom work is completed in my style. I will not work with copyright protected images or quotes unless you own the copyright and extend express permission.

All of the glazes that I use are developed and mixed in my studio. Unfortunately, due to the time consuming and experimental nature of customizing glazes, I do not offer custom glaze colors at this time.

As an example, the Dead Sexy Black glaze that you'll see in my shop took over 2 years to develop the color and texture desired that would work well with my clay, be food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe.

If you want something from my shop in a color I offer but don't see it, please feel free to contact me. If I don't have it in stock in the studio, I'll add it to the production list and let you know when it is available.

At Rebecca Graves Pottery, we reuse absolutely everything possible.

We save the best boxes that our clay comes in for reuse shipping packages so if you are sending your order direct to someone as a gift please let us know. We'll use one of the brand spanking new recycled content boxes instead of one of our snazzy clay boxes.

Any boxes not reused for shipping will be used for cushioning pots when we go to shows, or in the garden.

All clay scraps and trimmings are recycled and reconstituted so they can be made into pottery instead of being thrown away.

All water in the studio is filtered, the clay recycled, and the water is used in our garden.

It is our goal to produce as little waste as possible in the studio.

My items are not made to order. Sometimes shipping will vary as much as 4 weeks because I maintain a consistent production schedule.

For example, if you order a set of bowls, I will add yours into the production schedule when I make bowls next but cannot effectively rearrange the production schedule to rush an order without slowing down the entire studio production.

If you need your items quickly, please feel free to send me a convo. If I have the items in stock I will ship them out immediately. Several items are in stock most of the time, many are one of a kind and as such are available for immediate shipping as well.
